What is this?
User Management lets you control who on your team can access the Canwil Admin Console and which modules they see. Only Nik and Jaya (super admins) can access this panel.
Adding a Staff User
- Enter their email address — this is what they'll use to log in.
- Add their name and department (e.g. Sales, Accounting, Production).
- Set their role — Admin can take actions; Read Only can view but not change anything.
- Check the cards they should have access to. They'll only see those cards on their dashboard.
- Click Save & Send Invite — they'll receive an email with a link to set their password.
Card Access
Each card represents a module. Only give users access to what they need:
- Chase / Sales — Import Manager, TruSim Admin, Configurators
- Nicole / Logistics — Import Manager, Packing List Parser
- Alma / Production — TruSim Admin, Configurators
- Jaya / Accounting — Import Manager, Customer Onboarding (super admin — sees all)
Resending an Invite
If a user didn't receive their invite or needs a new password reset link, click Resend Invite next to their name in the user list below.
💡 Tip: Super admins (Nik and Jaya) always see everything — no need to add them here. This panel is for adding Chase, Nicole, Alma, and any other office staff.
