Quotes saved from the golf configurator
What is a Saved Quote? When a customer builds a screen, drape, or gap filler in the configurator and clicks Save Quote, it stores their configuration here — dimensions, fabric type, attachment, etc. They can reload it later to pick up where they left off or submit it as an order. This is not an order — it's a saved draft. Orders only appear in the Orders tab once submitted.

TruSim Admin — Help Guide

What is this?

The TruSim Admin manages everything on the back end of the TruSim customer portal — orders submitted through the golf configurator, user account approvals, and saved quotes.

The Tabs

  • 📋 Orders — Every order submitted through the TruSim golf screen configurator. Click any row to open the full order detail: dims, fabric, customer info, credit references (for new customers), and production notes. Use the status dropdown to move orders through the workflow.
  • ⏳ Pending Users — New customers who registered at /portal but haven't been approved yet. They can't access the configurator until you approve them. Approving sends them an automated welcome email.
  • 👥 All Users — All registered TruSim portal customers. You can suspend accounts here if needed.
  • 💾 Saved Quotes — Quotes saved by customers in the golf configurator — dims, fabric type, when they saved it.

Order Status Flow

  • Pending Review → Approved → In Production → Shipped
  • Each status change emails the customer automatically with an update.
  • Add production notes in the order drawer — they're included in the shipped/cancelled email to the customer.
💡 Tip: When a new registration comes in, you'll get an email notification. Approve them here and they'll receive an instant welcome email with access to the configurator.
