How to Request Access

  1. Go to the configurator link provided by your sales rep
  2. Scroll down to the access request form
  3. Fill in your first name, last name, email, company, and cell phone
  4. Click Request Access
  5. You'll see a confirmation screen โ€” our team reviews your request

What Happens Next

Our team reviews your request โ€” usually within 1 business day.

You'll receive an approval email when you're set up. Click the link in that email to open the configurator and sign in.

Use the same email for your access request and your Google login โ€” that's how the system recognizes you.

Three product tabs โ€” pick the one you need to configure.

The Three Tabs

  • โ›ณ Golf Impact Screen โ€” Custom simulator screens, triple layer, hi-contrast, archer net
  • ๐ŸŽญ Sidewall Drapes โ€” Side curtains for simulator bays, 15oz or 22oz velour
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Gap Fillers & Panels โ€” Filler panels between screen and walls, felt or ballistic nylon

You can configure and save quotes for all three product types in the same session. Switch tabs freely โ€” your work is saved.

Enter your dimensions and options. The technical drawing updates in real time.

Impact Screen Settings

  • Width and height in inches
  • Fabric type โ€” Triple Layer is most popular
  • Attachment โ€” Grommets (standard 12" O.C.) or Loop Webbing
  • Rod pocket if needed (top or bottom)
  • Quantity, your customer's name, PO number, need-by date

Common Dimensions

  • 16ร—9 standard: 192"W ร— 108"H
  • 4:3 ratio: 144"W ร— 108"H
  • Wide format: 216"W ร— 108"H

๐Ÿ’พ Save Your Quote
Save your configuration before submitting โ€” you can reload it anytime.

How to Save

  1. Click ๐Ÿ’พ Save Quote in the top right
  2. Give it a meaningful name โ€” e.g. "Bay 1 Screen โ€” 180ร—96 Triple"
  3. Click Save

Loading a Saved Quote

  1. Click ๐Ÿ“‚ Load Quote in the top right
  2. Find your quote in the list
  3. Click Load โ€” your full configuration restores instantly

Saved quotes are stored on your account and accessible any time you sign in. Save before submitting โ€” you can reorder from a saved quote anytime.

๐Ÿ“‹ Submit Your Order
When you're ready to order, click Submit Order and follow the steps.

Submit Flow

  1. Click โœ” SUBMIT ORDER (green button, top right)
  2. Review your configuration and sign the order form
  3. Tell us if you're an existing Canwil customer or new
  4. On the final screen โ€” select your ship-to address from your saved addresses
  5. Add any shipping notes โ€” e.g. "Ship with order TS-20260331-1234" or "Hold for pickup"
  6. Click Submit Order

After Submitting

You'll see a confirmation screen with your order number (e.g. TS-20260401-1234).

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Our team will review and be in touch within 1 business day.

Shipping multiple orders together? Add a note: "Ship with order TS-XXXXX" in the Shipping Notes field.

๐Ÿ†• New Customer Setup
First order only โ€” takes 5 minutes and unlocks your account for all future orders.

What to Expect

  1. After your first order a yellow banner appears when you log in
  2. Click "Complete Customer Setup"
  3. Fill out your company info, billing address, and payment terms
  4. Sign and submit the form
  5. Our team reviews and approves your account โ€” usually 1-2 business days
  6. You'll receive an approval email when you're set up

One time only. After your first approval, all future orders go straight through โ€” no extra steps, no waiting.

Don't ignore the yellow banner โ€” your order won't be processed until the setup form is completed and approved.
